Itās our GYM HARDER Beastly Bell Workout with a Barbell, a Kettlebell, and then Dumbbells – about 15 min of each, and in that order. Don’t have all three pieces of equipment? No problem! You can do all the exercises with just dumbbells by following my lovely assistant. So grab what you got and pump, pump, pump it up!
