She is no joke people. I’m talkin’ legit! She is a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. She is passionate about fitness and loves to bring attention and focus to her trainee’s nutrition, which she believes is a key component of any training program.
As a former figure competitor, body transformation is her specialty. Her training regiments include goal setting, and she holds strong to the belief that our bodies are truly incredible machines. Halima truly enjoys coaching and training individuals through the process, and she sees fitness and wellness as a journey and lifestyle. She has true desire to help you reach your goals, and, along the way, discover passion, discipline, and the mental toughness you may have never known existed.
