Back to Class Challenge

 

September 13th – 26th
Cost: FREE

Here’s how you compete in the challenge:

  • Must do 6 SSoD classes between  September 13th-26th.
  • Each class must be from a different class category (Learn how to filter by class category here)
  • Each SSoD class must be a minimum of 20 minutes.
  • You can choose any SSoD class in each different class category (as long as its 20 minutes or longer)
  • Comment or Post. After each class, do one of the below:
    • If you have Social Media– Tag @studiosweat on IG or @studiosweatondemand on Facebook and use #StudioSWEATFit to post a pic of you and/or the class to your Personal Facebook or Instagram.
    • If you do NOT have Social Media– Comment on the class with #SSoDback2class
  • Private Facebook group for all challenge participants!
  • Raffle for Prizes for those that successfully complete the challenge!
