Mo’ equipment, Mo’ gains! We’re gonna do a full-body lift with 3 types of equipment. It’s our GYM HARDER Beastly Bell Workout with a Barbell, a Kettlebell, and then Dumbbells – about 15 min of each, and in that order. Don’t have all three pieces of equipment? No problem! You can do all the exercises with just dumbbells by following my lovely assistant. So grab what you got and pump, pump, pump it up!

There are few cycling races as awe-inspiring as the Team Time Trial (TTT), where each rider (solo riders or partner options available) takes turns pulling the group at higher power for a short period of time. This limit-pushing time trial cycling session simulates the intensity of a TTT with 28 non-stop minutes of “Go!” For this race, Zen Master Mike and his motivational cycling partner, Brian, team up, dividing the ride into two 14-minute splits, challenging you to work harder and smarter in the second half than the first. Clip in, it’s go-time!

Rap Ride 2, Solo Style is the sequel to the popular original Rap Ride cycling workout with Cat Kom. In the battle of AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) vs EMOM (every minute on the minute), which one gives you the best bootcamp style workout for muscle toning? This bootcamp is loaded with both, so you don’t have to choose! In the first 8 minutes, you’ll be hitting 4 exercises AMRAP style, then after a quick rest, you’ll tackle an 8-minute EMOM.
