        Yes, it’s true.  Trainer Brian and Trainer Cat got married!  We met at Studio SWEAT and then years later fell in love.  I didn’t want to get married for a long time, but he’s just too cute and wore me down.  🙂  I’m so glad he did. Cheers to the happy couple right!

      Tell Brian I hope he’s not annoyed I called him BRO-an in one of my replies to his classes. That’s what happens when you trainers kick my butt so hard I can’t see straight!🤣😜

      one more thing and then I’ll shut-up. I read in one of the emails about bringing a friend to your studio this month. Do you have any incentive programs for SSoD people to refer friends?
