LAST WEEK!!! Here we go with our last week and H.O.W. week 4…..Dips or Kickbacks.
Why triceps? Well in life we generally do lots of pulling with the arms. Picking or lifting things up and we tend to use our biceps the most in these incidences. This can cause imbalances with our biceps and triceps. We always want to work the opposite muscle groups to even things out right? Like chest and back, quads and hamstrings, biceps and triceps…..so lets see how we can push our triceps this week!
