How often replace spin shoes?

  I only use my spinning shoes for indoor spinning. Does anyone know if there are any guidelines on timeline for replacing them? I change my running shoes fairly often, but these aren’t getting the impact in the same way, so don’t know if I need to worry at all about it.

  Hi, Sue! I recall seeing a vlog with Bethany and Cat talking about spin shoes, and I’m pretty sure Bethany said you could wear them until they fall apart. I have 2 pairs. I bought one pair in 2009/2010 and it’s still going strong!
