    Hi Loree.  Well we are so glad you found us through YouTube and tried the All Access Pass, which then led you to the Backstage Pass where you read my weekly messages.  I’m glad you found words of encouragement!  And I agree with you about how attitude makes or breaks your life!  Keep up the good attitude my sister in sweat!  ~Cat

    Yes, it’s true.  Trainer Brian and Trainer Cat got married!  We met at Studio SWEAT and then years later fell in love.  I didn’t want to get married for a long time, but he’s just too cute and wore me down.  🙂  I’m so glad he did. Cheers to the happy couple right!

    Congratulations to all of those that finished the Fitter, Faster, Stronger 4 week Challenge yesterday! I’m getting reports in that it motivated challengers so much that they do indeed feel FITTER FASTER STRONGER to start 2017. AND… as a bonus things like 14 pound drops, and decreased resting heart rates, longer durations on the bike, and more were a bonus side effect.

    For all those that finished and did their 3 or more SSoD classes per week for the last 4 weeks will be entered into a drawing for very special prizes. Watch for winners to be announced Friday.

    Hi Jackie-  First of all, I’m so proud of you for everything you’ve done.  Just awesome. What a year.

    Rather than re-iterate a lot of conversations on this topic I thought I’d send you a link to the vlogs we’ve done on this subject so take a watch!  https://www.youtube.com/my_videos?o=U&sq=heart+rate+zones.  I think it’ll help.

    In general I am a “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it” girl, and you’re experiencing gains, so why stop doing what you’re doing!?!  Just make sure you make sure the numbers you’re seeing are right.  We talk about that in one of the vlogs above.  And there is NOTHING wrong (in your case) with being anywhere between 80 and 90%.  Most SSoD workouts will put you there the bulk of class for good reason.

    Last thing I’d add… make sure you’re lifting.  Are you doing Spin Sculpts, Boot Camps, Strength & Stamina classes, etc?  If not, please start mama.  They are the ticket, I’m telling ya.
