    Yes they loved it! Think favourite prince songs have to be Kiss and When Doves Cry!! This week’s spin list is a bit of everything, Stone Roses, Underworld, Groove Armada and New Order (Blue Monday) and some Basement Jaxx 🙂

    I started years ago with some Shimano road biking shoes. Had to mess about with the cleats though and used to slip all over the kitchen floor so not ideal. My husband then found me some spin shoes really cheap (Shimano again!) They are good really well vented and easy to walk about. I would say mountain bike are probably the best option really!

    Funnily enough just bought a TRX. Trying to work out the best place to hang it in my attic!! Thinking from the beam will be the best idea!!
