    • Take any 5 SSoD Workouts 25 Min or Longer Led by any Trainer Who’s Name Begins w/ a J!
    • See all options here 
  2. Week 2:  Mmmmm! (May 24 -30)
    • Take any 5 SSoD Workouts 25 Min or Longer Led by any Trainer Who’s Name Begins w/ an M!
    • See all options here 
  3. Comment or Post. After each class do one of the below:
    • Post a pic of you and/or the class with that hashtag to your Personal FB or Instagram with the #StudioSWEATFit
    • Comment on the class with #SSoDTackled<insert trainer name> (example #SSoDTackledJessica)
    • Create a post on the private challenge group page.
