VIDEO SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Try to answer these questions in your video:

– What’s your name and where are you from?
– How long have you been with Studio SWEAT onDemand?
– What’s the primary reason that you decided to join the SSoD family?
– How has SSoD changed your life?
– What’s your favorite part of SSoD?
– Would you recommend SSoD to others and why?

Technical Requirements:

– 2 minutes in length max. Please film the video horizontally (“widescreen”), in your device’s highest quality (1920×1080 resolution is preferred), and use a tripod to avoid shakiness.

– Please repeat the question in the answer to the above questions:
