Cat, I have 30 minutes and I don’t even have time to pull up an SSoD SpeedSculpt or SpeedSpin. What do I do!?!

I’ll tell you cuz I wrote this in 6 minutes then knocked it out in 30 and that included my warm up and stretch! You need a set of medium or heavy Dumbbells. I used 10s.

 

 

 

5 minute warm up jumping rope or jogging. I just did 500 jumps with my jump rope then some arm circles.

3 rounds, 12 reps. (All with weights in hand except dips, sit-ups and superman). Each round takes 6 to 7 minutes!

1. Squat Thrusters (squat then press up one or both Dumbbells)
2. Triceps Dips
3. Sit-ups (want more an more do 24 instead)
4. Alternating Forward Lunges (12/side!)
5. Isometric (hold) Wide squat with a bicep curl.
6. Superman
7. Chest fly with booty bridge (hips up)
8. Curtsy Lunges
9. Double arm row (heavy weights) or back fly (med weights)
10. Squat jumps
Rest 1 min
Repeat 2x

Stretch. Done!
