Every great workout begins with a proper warm-up and ends with a nice cool-down. Because we know a lot of you like to stack multiple workouts together we do not include warm-ups and cool-downs as part of some of the videos. That doesn’t mean you should not do your warm-ups and cool-downs though! Please feel free to click play on any of our warm-up or cool-down videos or follow one of the plans below to get that motor started!
WARM-UP OPTIONS
Try one of these WARM-UP ON THE FLOOR VIDEOS, one of our cycling warm-ups like with Cat or AJ, or do one of the DIY warm-ups below!
DIY Warm-Up #1
- 20 Jumping jacks
- 20 Bodyweight Squats
- 20 Alternating forward lunges
- 20 arm circles- 10 large / 10 small
- Repeat 2-4 times
DIY Warm-Up #2
Set a timer for 30 seconds for 10 rounds
- Jog in Place
- Butt kickers
- Squats
- Mountain climbers
- Push-ups
- Repeat twice for a total of 5 mins
