I just needed to write and let you know how thankful I am for Studio Sweat OnDemand! I have always been a huge fan of working out and would put in about 70 miles a week of running, but of course after years of triple jumping and then all the running I ruined one of my knees. After surgery the doctor told me I'd never run again. Well the years after have been filled with ellipticals and spin bikes. 7 months again I had our second little boy and with the need for more space the elliptical had to go. I'm totally one of those people who worked out until the day before he was born and held off six days after before returning to working out. Anyway, I found Studio Sweat in June.
THANK YOU so much for what you are all doing. I'm an extreme regular getting a ride in everyday (unless the internet is crazy in Kodiak). I don't have as much time to work out now, I work from home and have by 2 year old and 7 month old, but with a great diet and you guys I've lost my 20 lbs and am back into my old jeans. I used to be scared that riding too much and sculpting would bulk me up. Thanks for always reassuring me, because it's made my big legs toned and my arms . . . well they're getting there. You are all great there and I'm sure you get tons of this feed back but thank you for making it easier to work out and get a great sweat! My kids, husband and of course me all thank you!
