    Question: In the past 7 months I've lost over 100Lbs, with weight training and walking. My life change started with Protein shakes through out the day, suppliments, fish oils, Cretine ect. salads, and chicken with one cheat day every 10 days. With lots of water. My question: After a lot of research, I've recently added green Superfoods, capsules and power. What is your opinion of superfoods?
