The Workout
5 (or 10) Minute Abs Baby!  Flatten and firm it fast with the Pilates inspired 5 Ab Series.  It’s a great stand alone ab toner for date night, beach day, or to tag it onto any other workout as a finisher!  Do 1 round to flatten and firm, or hit rewind and do it twice if you really want to feel the burn!

Breaks?
 
Take a 5-10 second break between each exercise id needed, or go straight from one to the next if your body allows it.  If you’re doing 2 rounds take a full minute between them to stretch & shake it out. 
Workout Details
1) Single Leg Extension: ~45 seconds or 10 reps
 
2) Double Leg Extension : ~45 seconds or 10 reps
 
3) Single Straight Leg Extension: ~45 seconds or 10 reps
 
4) Double Straight Leg Extension: ~45 seconds or 10 reps
 
5) Pilates Bicycle: ~45 seconds or 10 reps
 
6) Pilates Roll-up: ~45 seconds or 5 reps
