They demonstrate the exercises that you could do to eventually progress to a sit-up, while at the same time showing ways to modify it during an SSoD workout or when you’re doing longer core sets. They also talk about what makes up your core, and other info about strengthening it!

    Honestly, one of the reasons I am concerned about full sit ups is I have lower back issues and I don't want to put added stress on my back. Is this a valid concern or am I possibly using this as an "excuse"?

      Hi Mandy. Cat here. :) Listen, it actually can add stress to anyone that is prone to back injury. There are TONS of other options to strengthen the core, so use them. Hope all is well!
