    Thank you for this vlog! Lately I have been feeling very sore and have a hard time starting workouts toward the end of my workout week. I work out M-F and usually take Sat and Sun off, or sometimes i will do a work out on one of those days, often i am doing things with the kids. I have decided to add in a recovery workout or stretch and restore on the 6th day of working out to help :) all of the above went to my favorites so I can find them easily.
