It’s simple math: (A killer express spin set + Your best effort) – Any negativity = Maximum Calorie Burn!
We get right to it with a body warming triangle drill before diving into leg carving jumps. Now that our blood is pumpin’ we tackle a powerful sprint drill, more leg carving jumps, some fat melting intervals, and a motivational climb. To top it off we give it one last push with a sprint to the end.
Take a deep breath. Get the equation right. Who knew math could be this fun and rewarding? 🙂

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to start your engines, because it’s Race Day! That means speed, and lots of it.
After priming you with some steady, body-warming climbing, the fitness game-changer begins… sprint intervals. After your first set of sprints, we bounce back and forth between leg-toning climbs and our fat-melting intervals. So grab a mop, because you’re gonna be sweating buckets. Sprint on!

You’re thinking, “Only 20 minutes huh, that’s kind of weak.” Oh yeah, tell me that after it’s over baby, because this killer HIIT Training style Spinning Interval class is gonna kick your butt man! 20 Jumping jacks
20 Bodyweight Squats
20 Alternating forward lunges
20 arm circles- 10 large / 10 small
Repeat 2-4 times
Warm-Up Option #2
Set a timer for 30 seconds for 10 rounds
1. Jog in Place
2. Butt kickers
3. Squats
4. Mountain climbers
5. Push ups
Repeat twice for a total of 5 mins
