    Team Time Trial (TTT)

    There are few cycling races as awe-inspiring as the Team Time Trial (TTT), where each rider (solo riders or partner options available) takes turns pulling the group at higher power for a short period of time. This limit-pushing time trial cycling session simulates the intensity of a TTT with 28 non-stop minutes of “Go!” For this race, Zen Master Mike and his motivational cycling partner, Brian, team up, dividing the ride into two 14-minute splits, challenging you to work harder and smarter in the second half than the first. Clip in, it’s go-time!

    15 Min Quick Ride

    When you’ve only got a tiny porthole-size window of time, you want to make the best of it, right? Well, this quick-ride is JUST LIKE FIRE, and you’re gonna feel the burn. Olga said, “You just gotta get up and TRY, try, try.” SO WHAT if you’re not in the mood. When you experience all these sprints, Tabata drills, and even a monster hill climb in this 15-minute cycle session, you’ll be thinking that it was F****** PERFECT.     Rap Ride 2, Solo Style

    Rap Ride 2, Solo Style is the sequel to the popular original Rap Ride cycling workout with Cat Kom. This 60-minute all Rap Music Spin session is an out and back format, where you’ll tackle 2 sweat-soaked segments, catch your breath, then tackle the same 2 segments again, but backward and to different tracks. Let’s crush it.
