There are few cycling races as awe-inspiring as the Team Time Trial (TTT), where each rider (solo riders or partner options available) takes turns pulling the group at higher power for a short period of time. This limit-pushing time trial cycling session simulates the intensity of a TTT with 28 non-stop minutes of āGo!ā For this race, Zen Master Mike and his motivational cycling partner, Brian, team up, dividing the ride into two 14-minute splits, challenging you to work harder and smarter in the second half than the first. Clip in, itās go-time!

Rap Ride 2, Solo Style is the sequel to the popular original Rap Ride cycling workout with Cat Kom. This 60-minute all Rap Music Spin session is an out and back format, where youāll tackle 2 sweat-soaked segments, catch your breath, then tackle the same 2 segments again, but backward and to different tracks. For when you canāt get outside, this one-hour simulated outdoor cycle guides you through the beauty and joy of a measured, rhythmic ride, designed to work the body while soothing the soul. Reach into your mindās eye and ride along.
When you want a feel-good Spin workout, you know youāll get it when you click play on a class led by either Fred or Olga, so just imagine what youāll get when these two singing cyclists join forces! Join them for a Happy Hour Ride with non-stop drills full of hills, sprints, and even a few surprises. Bet youāll be singing along with them as you get your sweat on. Your lungs will get their cardio burn while you build lower body and core strength with some back-to-back hill-climbing drills, followed by some well-deserved endurance riding.
