Get ready to SWEAT hard in this Intervals Style Bootcamp Workout with Mere W. It’s 3 rounds of interval pyramids, where you’ll add on an exercise each set, building up to 5 exercises! And, oh what fun, once you’ve made it to the top of that pyramid, you’ll work your way back down, dropping off an exercise each set.

Each exercise is just 25 seconds, so you’ve got to get in every rep you can. Expect to fire up every major muscle group and keep your heart rate elevated as to destroy maximum calories.
