Amen to that! Now let’s use those bodies as our only tool in this full body, fat-defying, muscle-defining Run Sculpt Workout. That’s right – No equipment (except a treadmill if you prefer it over the great outdoors) needed means NO EXCUSES!
For the body sculpting segments, we’ll use our bodies for resistance and leverage as we blast through push-ups, squats, lunges, and loads of other fun, calorie crushing moves. We even get to throw a few punches. BOOM!
The running segments are just as fun and tough! Music and audio notes guide us through various drills, where we take our pace up & down to challenge and change our bodies.

You won’t actually get into a boxing ring in this workout – but you will train like a boxer. And all you need to play is a jump rope. Shoot, if you don’t have a jump rope you can pretend you do too!
Michael puts you through 9 heart-pumping 3-minute rounds packed with cardio charged jumping, punching, plyometrics, push-ups, sit-ups, and more. And the fun part is… like a boxer, you won’t know what’s coming next. Embrace not knowing. Thrive off of it. Crave the next move – and if you feel yourself slowing down, find that rhythm.
Fights are won and lost when boxers get tired. Michael guides you to control and manage the fatigue you may feel so you can rise to the occasion and win. DING DING!

Don’t have a kettlebell? No problem, just grab a set of light dumbbells and a single heavy dumbbell to play the part, and get ready to HIIT it hard! Luana structured this circuit-styled awesome Kettlebell class with 2 strength exercises, followed by a Higher Intensity cardio move.
If you are a hard charger and the recovery breaks given are longer than you need we strongly encourage you to do jumping jacks to keep your heart rate increased. Just make sure your tank is full for the next set because the idea of a HIIT class is to push hard, recover long enough to re-gain full strength, then hit it with all you have again!
Expect 4 circuits, each with 3 exercises, all done for 3 rounds… then you get to finish it off with a killer Ab Circuit! Expect a little bit of burn and a lot of SWEAT. Nice!
