Get ready for one of the best Spinning workouts I’ve seen in a while! After a solid warm-up, popular Studio SWEAT Trainer, Mere W. (aka “W”), heads right into some heart-charging jumps before guiding you up a calorie-crushing endurance hill.
Nearing the top of that hill, you’ll be pushing close to that max HR, but don’t worry, you’ll get a much deserved rest at the top! Once you reach the peak, you’ll be headed out for a loop with 6 fun, progressive drills, plus an ab-flattening set on the floor. Then, as you might have guessed, you get to loop back around! Sure to be an instant favorite.
