The main focus in Monica’s online Spin classes are always the same… to have fun! In this Nothin’ but cycle class, you’ll begin by increasing the gear and slowing down your RPMs to build strength and endurance! That means that how hard this class will be is up to you, since you’ll be the one adding your gears!
Once you’ve conquered the climbs, you’ll crank that cardio with some of Monica’s favorite go to drills. Let’s go have some fun!

Who says there are no “treats” in fitness? This class is a treat – for your heart, lungs, legs, mid-section and mind. After a solid warm up, we go on the ATTACK with 14 minutes of heart charging, calorie crushing HIIT (high intensity interval training) drills. Then after two steady endurance songs, we go back in for 15 more minutes of killer intervals!
Watch your heart rate spike during the pushes and embrace the recovery periods. Throughout this you’ll feel the sweat pouring, the fat melting, and your heart & lungs getting stronger! And BONUS… With HIIT you burn fat and calories for hours after you finish. Truth!!! Stoke that metabolism and enjoy this treat.

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.
