If you love to pump your legs in sync to the heavy beat of Rap and Hip-Hop, you’re gonna quickly call this class your new favorite hip-hop Spin class. Simply put, it’s a Spin class with all rap and hip hop tunes – a Rap Ride.
“That was probably the best and hardest Spin class I’ve taken in literally years,” said Brian as he walked away soaked in sweat. He then added, “Cat just so masterfully put it together. It’s hard to explain, but just click play and you’ll see what I mean.” Hop on your bike and do it to it.

Get ready to dig down deep and find some mental toughness in this 45 min StraightUp Spin. Right outta the gate you’re headed into sweet surges & perfectly paced jumps. This fast & fun start ensures that you’re ready to push the limits in a leg strengthening, descending ladder drill designed to help you find and push your limits. You get some battery charging rest periods during this drill, so take advantage of them to allow yourself to push past your breaking point during the working portions of the intervals.
Wrap it all up with some fun; Jumps, sprints, and one final Tabata set to really crank up that calorie burn. Yeeeee-es!

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.
