What do you think it means if I tell you that the only way to mentally get through this workout is to take it one song at a time? To treat every song like it’s your last and only song of the workout, and for that song you need to give everything you have. You need to empty your tank. It means, if you don’t have THAT attitude, you might die. Ha!
Listen, you can do it. This IS possible because it’s an express class with just about 35 minutes to get your sweat on. In that time you pack a lot in, from strength building climbs to fat torching sprints, so it’s fast and fun. You got this… one song at a time.
Challenge: Treat every song like it’s the ONLY one (and get through every song).
Bonus challenge: See if you can start your sweat before Brian does, but here is the spoiler alert – he was sweating early and hard. 🙂

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

Get ready for a 30 minute all around fun, butt-kicking Spinning class! You’ll start with a SWEAT inducing endurance run to give you that nice slow burn, then you’ll power right into a strength building hill. Finish it off with some fat torching jumps, and before you know it you’ll be asking yourself where the time went. Let’s do this!
